The Fountain Creek Brass Band, established as a non-profit organization in 1998, is a traditional British-style brass band based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado. We perform regular concerts around the Colorado Springs and South Denver areas, promoting the development and continuation of music in educational settings and the community. The Fountain Creek Brass Band is on Facebook! If you are already a Facebook member and would like to join our Group, just click on the button below. Group membership is open to all fans of the band as well as past & present musicians and it's a great way to connect with old & new friends who are interested in brass band music. You will find additional content on our Facebook page that does not appear on our website including a large collection of HD videos. If you are not a Facebook member, you can still view our group page and see a list of the members without joining, but to view the HD videos and interact with others, Facebook does require that you create a profile. Educational Outreach: A Key Part of the FCBB Mission

One of FCBB's most important missions is educational outreach, fostering the advancement and exposure to traditional brass band music. To support our mission, FCBB is looking for opportunities to collaborate with school music programs in the form of joint concerts or special fundraising events to support school music programs in the Pikes Peak and Front Range region.

Often, the band performs a number of selections from our repertoire before or after performances by elementary, middle, or high school concert bands or other musical groups. We also have performed joint selections with the school's performing groups by "sitting in" on a featured number closing a concert. One of our major messages is "there can be a 'musical life' in your community" after your school days are behind you!
